Organize the proper citizens of your neighborhood into a watch committee. Hoodlums hate those most of all, and will move someplace else. Also, do everything you can to take away their profit motive, often neighbors buy drugs from them, and that keeps them profitable. A neighborhood action committee does get action.

Begin holding foe satanic rituals in your backyard complete with chants,ritualistic singing,fake screaming,fake blood splatter......that sort of thing.Have your other neighbors nonchalantly mention in conversation to the hoodlums that their pets and children are missing.Then proclaim their is an evil vortex in your tool shed.lol j/k
Actually, neighborhood watch and calling the police frequently usually does the trick.With the cops there every other day...the landlord may decide to evict them.

Call the cops. Get a neighborhood watch going on. If that doesnt work. maybe all the neighbors could invest in bb guns and stake out. just stay in your house, they wont know where the bb's are coming from. Be careful though bc you dont want to shoot their eye out.

i used to go around knocking on people doors,fighting and jumping on their cars,throwing eggs at cars,and tping houses
and their was no way they could get rid of me
but if they not as bad as i was just call the cops
find where they stay at
get others to help watch for them
or scare the hell out of them

when they are behaving badly grab them and walk them back to their parents house and tell their parents what they did, it will scare the **** out of them and they wont mess with you anymore...

that would be terrible...if its real bad i would say they arent going anywhere. your property wouldnt be worth anything.
i would move away before it gets worse
