What I want to do is do painting, writing, and illustration. For possible work options I'm looking into of course painting on side to make money when possible, illustration for books or whatever is needed, writing for a magazine or newspaper, working for a greeting card company, teaching, and being an author of some sort even if its minor. It would be cool if I could have a gallery displayed of my work for people to look at or to get into a museum one day. Also, if I could get even one of my stories published and made an impact that would be a great accomplishment.
I have not desired to take another Graphic Design class at my school, and I have no desire to do advertisement, logos, or anything like that. I think it's pointless and stupid.

Maybe I want to accomplish too much.. =/

I would say take some more art and writing courses. See if you can talk to a professor in those departments that you get along well with and ask them for more ideas. There is probably also a career counselling center at your school, talk with them and ask them about careers.
