~~~What if certain classic movies like Wizard of Oz, Gone with the Wind and so on,,,,were never made untill today,,,,do you think that they would eventually end up being classics in years to come?

I don't think so. For example... The Wizard of Oz became really popular because it used color in its movie, something no other movie had ever done. Now, with the technology today, people wouldn't really give it a second glance because nothing makes it stand out.

If you want to think about it, classic movies are being made today, like Pirates and Prada

I'm afraid Dorothy would have been on a drug trip rather than in a tornado if it were made today. And Scarlett would have accused Rhett of spousal abuse.

They wouldn't be no where near as good. I probably wouldn't even want to watch them they'd be so bad.
