When they say u can have a cd or savings account for 5.5% apy, with no fees and no minumums, does that mean?

"no minimums" and i can put in only 1,500?

Could mean trouble....do they have FDIC insurance??? No fees means just that..no charges to you for the account. No minimums means any amount you can come up with...they will accept. As I stated...make sure you know who you are dealing with and that they are reputable.
