I've known that since second grade. People have a lot to learn if they do not know this. Of course, I could have a bigger problem with it since I am studying to be an English teacher.

No one pays attention in English class anymore. In this world of text messaging and hurry up and go, no one actually takes the time to speak to eachother let alone use proper grammar when texting their friends. I say get rid of cell phones and don't let school age kids have computers if you want them to learn anything.
