The pics could of been removed. Server could be busy click on pic and see what happens. Its quite common.

There was some sort of error in publishing the photos, which prevents them from being displayed.
What the webmaster needs to do is go to his/her building tool, copy the photo, delete it from the page, then paste it back on, save the page, then republish. That will do it.
Some webmasters do not keep a careful enough eye on their pages. You have to go online and look through everything to make sure everything has published properly. Some don't, though, so surfers are left with that blank photo with the red x.

This is because the image that should be there isn't. Either there is an error on the web page or the image is missing. This could be either because it wasn't uploaded in the first place or has been deleted.

This is irritating to all of us, but some old sites do have this problem, their pictures take too much time to appear or never really appear on screen. May be their programming is old / obsolete.
