There is no wrong age if you are maure enough but you're a bit young for those sexual activities. You could still get an STD from him if he is a carrier. If your BF is over 18 then there is a big problem.

thats all up to u! licking out is not actually sex so in my opinion it is ok. id say try not to go farther....having sex can cause stds, pregnancy and all types of personal probolems.in my opinion u may be a little bit young but who cares! if u feel that u r mature enough to be licked out then do it. ur really not harming anyone! but thats just my opinion.

Uh.. Oral Sex is Still sex, whichever person said it wasn't.. also I think that's kinda cutting it pretty close at 13 to be having oral sex
