Tough choice!! Reagan gets my vote but only by a hair. While they both had similar challenges - war, recession, etc. The dynamics that exsisted in each of their adminstrations were a bit different. But Reagan was a better communicator than Bush is so he was able to win the hearts and minds of the moderates.

George W Bush. Reagan was great no doubt but we never seen him in war time or a time when our country was really struggling. They will be the top 2.
