If there were, they would look nothing like us. And if we luckily stumbled upon a world with similar conditions than they would look somewhat like us. As always, there could be another Universe with identical beings that are made up of our anti particles, but don't shake their hands, you would explode.

Life somewhere else in the universe? Probabilities are so high that this is an almost certainty. How frequent it is, and therefore how close will be the next island of life, is what needs to be researched. As for life being associated with oxygen and carbon, we have got no other model to base assumptions on. If we look for other elements instead, what are we looking for? All and any of them? Then how do we decide which ones are to be investigated more? Until someone shows how life can exist based on a chemistry different from our own, we will look for things that are similar to our conditions. At least we know that oxygen makes our life possible.
UFO sighting being of alien probes? Don't get your hope up. If an alien race had sent one probe, why would they send more continuously? We have the technology to take pictures from orbit without anyone knowing, why would alien not do the same? If they come here, why don't they communicate officially? Why do they contact only shoddy people who ask for money to build "an alien embassy" and create some crazy cult following? If they want to be undetected, well those aliens are not that good with their technology, and we primitive humans can already do a better job at it...
UFO are only that: flying objects that are unidentified by the observer. I do NOT believe that we have been visited by alien from other planets yet.
As to the design of circular craft, some WERE designed in the 1940's and 1950's. The Vought V-173 "flying pancake" for instance, or the Canadian-American Avrocar (see links).
The reason those were not pursued further is that circular aircraft have less than ideal aerodynamics (have you seen a circular bird?) which was, in the case of the Vought design, offsetted by the propellers spin (i.e. would have been worse with jet engines) while in the vacuum of space, the shape of an spacecraft is of no consequence.
(Why are people so lazy in writing questions? Why write "u" for "you", "4" instead of "for" and "2" in lieu of "to"? This saves one or 2 letters at most, what is the point?)

Please read what Professor Stephen Hawkins is saying on this subject.
What are the chances that we will encounter some alien form of life, as we explore the galaxy. If the argument about the time scale for the appearance of life on Earth is correct, there ought to be many other stars, whose planets have life on them. Some of these stellar systems could have formed 5 billion years before the Earth. So why is the galaxy not crawling with self designing mechanical or biological life forms? Why hasn't the Earth been visited, and even colonised. I discount suggestions that UFO's contain beings from outer space. I think any visits by aliens, would be much more obvious, and probably also, much more unpleasant.

Hai Indian,
1)First i wish clear your doubt.... the one which you saw twice might definitely be a metor.Yes, Metors are small piece of rocks which fell into the earth due to earth's gravitational force and burns completely due to earth's atmosphere.
Thus....what you saw was a metor and what you felt that metor; was UFO
2)If you ask me.... i will say Life exists in universe.
We need only three conditions to have a life anywhere in the universe.
(a) The distance between the star and its planet should be as same as our earth and our sun. This makes the planet not to be so cool and not to be so hot. If it is... then that planet is in a perfect position to have a life in it.
(b) the planet must contain atmospheric cycle.
(c) the planet should consist a major portion of water.
Hence if you see all these three conditions applicable anywhere in the universe, then why life should not be there???
Ok ,Have you ever seen a planet which has these three conditions fulfilled.Yes you have seen only one ....that is our Earth. But you need to accept the fact that, there will be plenty of planets which are supporting these conditions, but we people(IN EARTH) has no power to go depth in to it due to technology.

I'm saying this 'coz u would know as an indian. Do u remember anyone saying that there exist 7 ppl around the world resembling urself?
Well, those 7 ppl needn't be of the same age as u r; but maybe ur childhoodself or some other(only in features maynot be in complexion or height or any othere thing as such; else they would 've been ur identical twins!)
If this fact/myth be possible on earth itself ; don't u think finding earthlike planets(at some age of it [there r millions of yrs for it's age to choose from unlike limited yrs of lifespan of human age]though varing in size, & other things but resembling the conditions of earth at some particular age of it)would be possible in the universe?
It's like finding similar grains of sand on earth.
BE HOPEFULL ALWAYS!!!.

Statistically it is highly probable that there is intelligent life on other planets. But it is statistically improbable that we will meet because of the huge distances involved. All that UFO stuff is nonsense. And as for the circluar craft it was just a frisbee like shape hanging from a fishing rod, shot at a distance.

Even in the international there are different tactics than organic selection. in certainty, the main excessive mechanisms for evolution are actually not organic selection yet genetic drift, horizontal gene circulate, and hybridization. existence on different planets may well be in keeping with very distinctive concepts, as an occasion vegetative reproduction may well be the rule fairly than mating, and additionally you have gotten an exceedingly distinctive mechanism of recommendations circulate. the only way organic selection can artwork is that if there is infraspecific version. If there are existence varieties that have not have been given such version, organic selection would not be attainable. Chas-cha... in case you settle for organic selection, the place does the interior-species version come from it incredibly is needed for organic selection to artwork? Species version can basically come from replace with the aid of the years, and alter with the aid of the years is evolution!

Scientists have discovered water on Mars, and when you think about it, in another galaxy on another quadrant of the universe, don't you think out of googlions (A number with 30 zeros after it) of planets, one has the same conditions as Earth? Similar enough to support life?

The universe and you are one. Ultimately the universe is primordial mind: "God". There is a 100% chance there is other life forms, but we may not even be able to perceive them in our 'reality', or other beings if of a perceivable form visit our realm, it may be only fleetingly as our thought universe passes through theirs. The possibilities are endless. We and they create the causes for us to meet. (If the Earth last long enough to prove they 'exist'.)

There are around 24billion possible places in our know universe that could hold life. So, I definitely believe that we are not alone. Also, life is anything that is living, so it doesn't have to be beings like us, it could be plants, animals, mammals, or even micro-organisms. So, it is very very possible that there is some form of life out there.
