Hugh Grant is not good in romantic comedies.
He has never been good in anything, ever.

The best part I have seen him play was not in a romantic comedy, but in a movie called "An awfully big adventure", set in the 1940's, where he plays a sleazy, sadistic third-rate theatre director - and he does it brilliantly. With glee!
The fact that Alan Rickman plays a leading part in it doesn't make it worse.

I think he doesn't have much to offer as an actor and he only always has this one facial expression so i think he's going to have to stay with romantic comedies.
His facial expression makes him look.... can't find the right word, but strange.

Probably. I think that he's a good actor, but only in that genre.
