Yes, because nowadays record companies only release music in established styles, rather than risking money on new things which might not be popular. So mainstream music doesn't change much anymore. Rock and roll is here to stay, long after it had anything to say.

Rock and roll has been here for 50 years. It's been the dominant form of music for at least 40 of those years. Who knows how much longer it will last.

For ever.Since rock and roll was born many years ago that music is still the best.Never is going to die because bands like Judas,Ozzy,Black Sabbath,The Who,Beatles,Stones,AC/DC,Iron Maiden, will be for ever.Rock and roll and heavy metal is music.The rest,only careless sound.Some times,ugly one.
