Well sophisticated and high class are good, I'm not sure about the hooker part.

Alright, if someone said that to me...I would feel offended.
Thing is...never ask if YOU should be offended. If you're not offended by these things, you should be glad that you're not easily influenced. I don't think you should ever "act" offended because the rest of the people around yu say you should be.
The only thing is that with that comment, I would take into consideration: Maybe the clothes I'm wearing ARE a little unappropriate.

only if you want to be. It means you are dressed sexy but still classy in a way. High class hookers make loads of money and have to look respectful,too bad their jobs are laying on their back,well not always on their back...

No you shouldn't. Who says that hookers are bad? Yeah the governement, but you are a high-class hooker, so you only have sex with people FROM the government. That's not bad.

it depends on who the comment came from. some people should be able to tell you something like that and it not offend you.
if they know you well, they were probably in an odd way trying to give you a compliment. i wouldnt be offended.
