sista sista i feel you, we suffer so much because its hard to get over the sweet things the jerk have done for you also its even harder because when a person break up with a certain jerk we belive in our minds that even though that person was a jerk you would never find another who would care for you as much as you think the jerk cared, but as time goes by you will learn from that and never take a jerk in like the way you took that one in

I've cried over the time I wasted trying to find redeeming qualities about someone. I left the jerks, but still felt like a fool for getting involved with them in the first place!

Even though a person was a jerk to you, part of you wants to blame yourself a little bit. I used to be with this psycho woman who was wrong for me in every sense of the word. Even though this girl was the worst woman I ever dated, and I do not exaggerate when I say the worst, I still wanted to blame myself for part of the reasons why we broke up. Plus, when you're in a relationship, you're hoping for the best. And when things go wrong, you feel a let down, almost like feeling emotionally drained.

If they are jerks then why suffer, just say good riddance. There are a lot of nice ones out there too.

Because of the part of our soul we gave to them, it takes time to cultivate it back to ourself. Next time, don't give so much; you can still experience love and giving, but make a boundary and keep your inner self for yourself.
That's like keeping water in the well, so you always have some to share, but don't empty the well.

coz when we r wid them the thought that they might leave us never really occurs to us
we always look at the positive and thats good
jerks never leave us coz we never go around wid jerks they are given that title only after they leave us and go

I don't know, I am happy when I have a jerk leave me, that is that much less negativity that I have to deal with then. :)

Actually, we feel completly crushed when we find out that the woman that we loved and trusted has been cheating on us. I was single and had trust issues for 6 years after I found out that my girlfriend was. Sorry, sore subject still.

low self esteem is the reason women suffer
they love or think they love somebody who is unworthy
put up with bad behavior and then he leaves and they're sad
and have to do it all over again
how can I get women to break these patterns?
