2 days late means nothing be concerned when you are closer to 1-2 weeks late..............You may have a kidney infection, that can cause back pain. Or your body is sore, because of PMS..

Could you be pregnant? Or you may have a bladder infection, does it hurt or burn when you pee? are you under a lot of stress? All of the above will cause a delay in your period.
