Sounds nice, you dont see those names too often, so they are great. Its nice to have names that arent so unique that noone can spell them, but at the same time arent so common that every 4th person you meet has the same name.

I think the name sounds "rich". Like the name of a Doctor...
Dr. Marcus Cole ..Andrews.. or Dr Marcus Cole Smith...
How about Marcus Cole Jones.. Attorney at Law??
It has a nice ring to it!!

I think it sounds like a circus performer, probably by free association, Marcus rhymes with Circus and there is that Clyde Beatty and Cole Bros Circus. Not good. Also, the point has been raised, that in school, all Marcus's will be called Mucus on the playground.

Yes it seems like it could be a good name for a child but also can be mature enough for when he becomes older. The name Marcus is really very origional but nice. Good choice.

nope. i always thought the name marcus sounded too much like the word mucus. eww. never cared much for the name cole, either. especially paired with the name marcus. i see it, and all i can think is "mucus cold." yucko!
