I am sure there are THREE people out here in YA land who witnessed GW Bush violate the right to Habeas Corpus when he signed into law, the Military Commissions Tribunal act.

NOTE, that all the senators and congressmen who supported that traitorous law also committed TREASON. And yes, it might have been legal if the wording of the law had specifically excluded American citizens. Nevertheless, it was treason and our government has committed it.

So, how would THREE of us get started to file the charges of TREASON against our those in our government who BLATANTLY violated the United States Constitution for which they SWORE to serve and protect?

NOTE: DO NOT SAY THEY DID NOT VIOLATE IT. THEY DID. READ THE CONSTITUTION, SPECIFICALLY WHERE IT SPECIFIES THAT Habeas Corpus CANNOT BE MESSED WITH, PERIOD.

An individual can't. A sitting president is protected from civil prosecution, or indeed a federal prosecution while in office.

The congress can impeach him; and if that was passed, probably demand a resignation. However, even then you may not be able to bring a case against an ex-President for something he did while in office.

A foreign government would have the best chance of prosecuting a President in the International Court system; but America specifically refused to acknowledge those courts, so unless the President in question travelled outside the US, he could still not be effectively prosecuted.

If Clinton was more worried about securing this nation instead of getting cheap thrills in the Oval Office, Bush would not have been forced to make tough decisions. God bless President Bush!

Contact the Attorney General. An indictment would have to be handed down. I seriously doubt that would ever happen.

Just give Bush a call and tell him you want him to come to your house for dinner and give him the address of the jail. You can arrest him there. Then later on when the straight jacket is removed from you perhaps you will have forgotten how to post such stupid questions.

Are you one of those psychiatric patients who hallucinates being one of the doctors who watch over them in the mental ward? And now you've graduated to other delusions? Ask them to up your meds and then you will dream that you have charged your government with treason while still enjoying the safety of your padded cell.

BLAH BLAH BLAH. DO YOU DISLIKE OUR HONORABLE PRESIDENT? You pin headed LIBS are all the same. He will not be impeached. The Democrats will spend the next two years trying to do it. They will not succeed and they will waste a chance to further their agenda. In the end America will elect another Republican president and retake the house and senate in 08. Liberals cannot show their real views in America without being defeated.
