They don't call it Napoleon complex for nothing. I see the same type of behavior from my pets. I have 2 Great Danes, 1 cat, and 1 Cockatoo. The birg is clearly the smallest of the group, but also the most assertive and dominant. He is not afraid to chase the other animals around the house. People are no different. Smaller people feel they have to be more assertive and dominant (sometimes to the point of extreme) because they are afraid that people will take advantage of them due to their size.

You forgot Chavez,Pol Pot,. I know you don't like Bush,but I wouldn't call him a dictator. LOL!
However,there have been a few tall ones,Castro,Idi Amin and of course,Saddam.
