These bands all played at the same concert in 1970 something in Cleveland Ohio: The Band, Crosby,Stills, Nash, and Young, Santana, and Jessie Colin Young.
The best!
Wish I could have gone to Woodstock #1.

Honestly, the best concert I have ever been too was Def Leppard in 1992. (Wow..I'm old). It was in the round. Had awesome seats and it was almost 3 hours long. Cool laser light show. Just brings back great memories. Best recent concert was My Chemical Romance. That was another awesome show!! I want to see Aerosmith in concert. I just missed them and totally regret it.

I've been to many great concerts, but the ones I've enjoyed the most were Anthrax/ Motorhead at the House of Blues in Chicago 3 1/2 yrs ago, the many Ozzfests I've been to, Pantera/ Slayer, and many others. So many concerts....so many great memories.

Led Zepp hands down. opening band was Grand Funk. Of course that was back in the stone age LOL. I've been to oodles of concerts since then. But that was the best. The pop festivals back in the early seventies came in close second.

Metallica put on a great show when I saw them. Even if you don't like the music, this band is very talented and entertaining. I would have loved to see Metallica before they became so popular however. I think bands change a lot and it becomes a real job for them opposed to solely a love of music.

Best person I've seen live is a toss up between Lionel Richie and Status Quo...
both fantastic live and proof that unlike the more modern musicians, these are people who made their way through having a naturally good voice, good talent and WORKED their way to the top.
