Phone call help?

Where can I get a full list of '*' codes for either land lines or cellphones (e.g. *69 which calls back someone who has hung up on you). In particular, i'm looking for a code that hides my number when calling. It says 'private call' on the receivers end (*67 or *76??). This one is awesome, because it works on ALL cellphones. This code or a full list of codes would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in Advance.

The ones i know so far are *60 (call block), *72 (call forward on), *72 (call forward off). These are for landlines.
