Go to ebay and search for a seller called cindershoes.
She sells fantastic shoes both new and used all under £10.
They really are fantastic I have got some great shoes from her.
Even the new ones look hardly used and were in great condition.

If you live in London, go to the Strand, there is a great shop across the road from Tesco, selling italian shoes , with prices starting from £10 - otherwise i suggest Ebay and google.

Try topshop they have great shoes from heels to pumps I recently ordered some off there for £15 :D
