Never in a million years would I allow someone to poke a hole in my tongue. I mean, it's your tongue! The most bacteria ridden part of your body and you're going to put a gaping hole in it! Don't you remember how much it hurts when you bite your tongue? Why on earth would a forward thinking, intelligent person want to injure themselves just to satisify the imaginary gods of fashion?
Seriously, I don't understand fashion nowadays. But I imagine you have to be 18 or 19, at least that's the rule here in Ontario.

Well, you have to be eighteen I am certain, but then it all depends on your maturity if you are still stupid enough at eighteen to want it done.
