Am I allowed a certain amount of time to find a place for me and my child to live? My child is not by husband's biological child, she is a child from a previous marriage.

I am not looking for another husband, I want to know how much time am I allowed before I have to vacate the marital home with my 7 year old child.

This may vary from state to state but I think you have up to 3 months?
You should really talk to your lawyer. He can better advise you in the situation.
