Can someone identify the purpose of my science fair project? My project is on water and bacteria, what i did was i put 3 bottles of water into a freezer, refridgerator and in room temperature for 24 hours, then i tested to see which water was most purified, the one in the freezer, the one in the refridgerator or the one in room temperature. I think i have the purpose, but i want to see what yall think.

To show importance of storage (you can say to improve water quality in third world countires)and that water should not be left open and how bateria directly compete with us. But, instead of doing it with just water you should have done it with other liquids or even solids.

HOW DID YOU PROVE WHICH ONE HAD BACTERIA? DID ANY HAVE BACTERIA?

Whatever purpose you thought you had when you started the experiment is likely to be the right one. It doesn't matter what other people think, you know why you did the experiment.

You should identify the purpose before you do the experiment.
