when someone bites down on a metal fork while eating... that metal on teeth just annoys the hell out of me so much I want to show them how to not chew their utensils while eating...
I can run my own nails across a whole chalk board, rub Styrofoam and even unpainted pottery together - but that tooth on fork thing for some reason does it every time.

All the answers you see here! along with people blowing their nose at the tables in restaurants/public,etc., people who "slurp", scrape their plates, eat like pigs...(I could go on).
