We have Xbox 360 and think its great, PS3 isnt yet available in Australia so cant comment on that.

Ummm... It really depends on what games you want and how you'll use your console. If you like the multimedia stuff, then go with the PS3. But, the Xbox360 has been out for a while so there are generally better and higher quality games, though it is not as technologically advanced as the PS3.

i just bought a 60gb ps3 yeaterday and the graphics and gameplay are both innovative and amazing. i also have a xbox 360. but the ps3 is better in my opinion.
