I have to make a physics project on computer .As it is physics project it will basically contain discription on hardware rather then software .I NEED SOME MATERIAL TO WRITE

2) HIS OBJECTIVES BEHIND THIS
3) THEORY (HOW HE DID IT)
4) DISCRIPTION ON MACHINARY USED IN COMPUTER

6) ENDING

You should start with an abstract or introduction, which will briefly make the reader understand what you are talking about. If the invetion is a big one, you should say how it revolutionized technlogy. In the ending, you should say how that particular invention can be improved further (which will require you to think), since there will always be scope for improvement.

You could write lots on the computer chip. That has developed a lot in the past century. Computer processing used to be done by vacuum tubes. Then, as technology improved, vacuum tubes were replaced by transistors. Transistors were eventually replaced by computer chips, which got smaller and faster over time. You could write a lot on the development of computer processing.
