Take her somewhere fun for the night! Even if it is local. Get a room at a nice hotel then go out on the town for a great celebration!

Something you can never go wrong with....a day at the spa. There are so many options once you get there, and you get pampered the whole time. You don;t have to worry about personal taste like you would clothing (or sizes, for that matter), same goes for jewelry. If you still come up short in the end and can't figure out what to get her, a Visa gift card is great...that way she can use it for anything at (almost) any store, and it's not store-specific. I would pair the GC with a nice card or other small gift. Good luck! :)

you can gift her following things so as to make her birthday memorable:
(1)collect all the photographs old to recent which have all sweet memories and time that you both spent together.
make a sweet album and gift it to her.she will be overwhelmed with the past memories.
(2)you can make a scrap book in which you can write all the nice memories that you spent with her.
In this way you can gift her most precious thing and make her birthday memorable for entire life...
