Menstruating three days late could be due to stress, exercise, being over or under weight, or many other things. Three days isn't enough to get worried about.
However, if she was pregnant she should see a doctor. If being hit in the stomach ended her pregnancy, this means there was internal damage that she may not be aware of, and she should see a doctor to help her heal. If it did NOT end her pregnancy, it is even more important to see a doctor. It's possible she miscarried at the same time coincidentally.
When in doubt, go see a doctor! None of us here are doctors, and even if we were all we have to go on is your second hand story, we're not examining her ourselves. So encourage your girlfriend to go to a doctor, and offer to go with her if she wants.

The fact that you have to ask says that the two of you need to go to planned parenthood! You both should know how ones own body works. This should have been learned, discussed, and really reasoned out before you two"party" ,what ever you call it, I'll call it immature and a little on the selfish side. So, what ARE you going to do with a baby on the way ?? I wish you both a lot of luck and hope you have a lot of family support behind you. I was 27 when I had my son, and even planned and ready for it ...WOW! it's still hard ,but worth it if your ready. God bless.

If she were pg last month then she very well could still be preg. Getting hit with a basketball mostly likely wont interrupt a pregnancy. If she did miscarry, for other reasons, then it would take time for her body to get back to normal cycles. Have her go to the doctor to confirm.

demanding approximately being pregnant can maximum definatly make you pass over a era. All you're able to do is wait and spot, identity supply it yet another week, have her attempt to no longer trouble too plenty approximately it, if she hasnt began via then take yet another being pregnant try, yet have her take it while she pees first factor interior the morning. If she takes it throughout the day and has drank pop it may influence the try. And if shes no longer pregnant, and from the way it sounds that's what the two certainly one of you're hoping, then undergo in ideas the type you experience top now the subsequent time you wanna try the previous pull out approach ;)

Yes, cycles can change. Mine was not regular. Ususally 30 day cycles and rarely 36 days, but after 1 had a child it was mostly 36 day cycles.

umm.... yeah... She shouldnt have had a cycle if she was acutlally pregnant, and getting hit in the stomach even with a basket ball usually doesnt cause misscarriage. I think you need to talk with her, get the facts straight and have her see a doc.
Periods can be delayed by stress, colds, sists, and the obvious one, pregnancy.
