Would you say that is one of the funniest movies you're ever seen, or did you think it was just too gross?

there are going to be two kinds of people in this world...
Those that loved "...Something About Mary" and those that hated it.

There's never an in between. Personally everyone I know, who has seen the movie, thought it was one of the funniest thing they'd ever seen up to that point. Which is good because it means I don't have to disown them as former friend or family. While I've seen other movies since then, some of which can be called "the funnies movie I'd ever seen" (Including 40 Year Old Virgin), at that time it was by far the funniest.

Its just a typical paint by numbers horror movie that really does nothing to set itself apart from anything else in the genre. Its sad to, because Kane could be such a great horror movie star, but they need to give him better then this if they want him to suceed. The one thing that makes Kane so scary (besides his massive size and look) they dont even use in the movie and thats him setting up after what looks like something that would totally kill the average person. That was a HUGE mistake to not do at least one time in the movie IMO.

It's funny, alright. But I am more touched at the scene at the end. For the benefit for anyone who do not want spoilers, let's just say that Ben Stiller's character, Ted, did the most sincere, the most honourable, the most romantic thing for Mary that he definitely deserves her in the end.

That, and the romantic ending got interrupted hilariously by the funniest death scene in the movie. Ooops, did I spoil anything?

I haven't seen it in a long time, but from what I can remember it was pretty funny... not sure if I would rank it as one of the funniest I've ever seen though.

It was good, but not the funniest movie I've ever seen. "Borat" had me cracking up in my seat though.
