I'm sure it will be. It'll be finished in some form for next summer... it must be, because Muse's Wembley Stadium concert (coincidentally the first concert to be held at the first Wembley Stadium) is yet to be moved from the end of June.

yes its already going to stage the FA cup final so its gonna be ready + the Olympics is going to be set in the east end of London not wembley

You'll be lucky. I think they should've got the people who built the Emirates stadium to build it - now that DID go up fast!!!
