Say: I love you sweety. I'll make dinner tonight. You look pretty, even in the morning. Don't worry, I'll take care of it. Sure, I'll watch that movie, it's one of your favorites. I'll be home right after work. No, that woman's not as pretty as you. The kitty ate my leather jacket - it's ok. Yes, your parents can stay another week. I'll vacuum this week. You're a great driver!
Don't say: Are you gonna get fat like your mother? I'm watching the game. It's 'woman's work.' I'm gonna slap the hell outta you. Yeah, I smell like perfume, big deal. The guy's are coming over. don't say, `just trust me`....no matter how much the need for it
always say, `sorry sweety, you're right...and really pretty` I like the last part to that old standby. It really helps them forget the real issue.
