If the month before go to the store and buy a pregnancy test......it is dangerous to be on the pill while pregnant. If it is this month stay on the pill wait until the day your period is due then complete a home pregnancy test. Follow up with your doctor either way. I was on the pill the month I got pregnant with both my children (pill was too week, I had been on it too many years without a change) that did no harm and I have two wonderful happy children.
