No. Muslims are not united under one leader like for example Catholics are. There are many sects of Islam like there are of Christianity. Also - many Muslims don't live in a Muslim state, for example there are many Muslims in France. How would these people declare war on Israel? Even if the imams told them to start a holy war they don't have to. There will always be Muslims who want to stay out of it - just as there are US and British citizens who want our troops out of Iraq, they're just as disunited.
However Israel nuking Iran would anger a LOT of people - not just Muslims. Even western countries may isolate Israel for using such destructive weapons, let alone what the Arab community would do.

Probably not because Israel is the only nuclear power in the Middle East. They would be scared if they declare all out war on Israel, Israel will target them with nukes as well.

Not only the Muslim world would declare war,but there are a few other countries who would declare war on Israel:Russia,China and Venezuela would get involved in this and I don't think Israel would win anything from this confrontation...

it would make most muslims mad,but i doubt israel will be penalized. they haven't for any other wrongs. if the report is true,would people finally admit israel threatens it's neighbors? at this point all threats israel has made regarding using nukes have been ignored.
