my touchmate monitor says out of range, why?

the monitor worked fine for about a week, but now it constantly says out of range. It is fine upon startup but after windows loads, it has one of two messages, out of range or 'no signal detected'

try with a difrent screen resolution

Try to calibrate the screen,then see what happens.
