My husband and I have been ttc for 3-4 months. My last period began on the 9th of Dec. I haven't been able to figure out exactly how many days my cycle is because I've only been really paying attention for the last 3-4 months. It's been between 28-31 days, so I'm not 100% sure which days I would have ovulated. Anyway, for the past week and 1/2 I've been feeling nauseous everyday at random times, but not throwing up. I'm bloated, crampy, get dizzy randomly, and have more headaches. I also started spotting on the 4th of Jan., and still am today (the 7th), but no period. I took a preg. test last night at home and it was negative. I wonder if it's too soon to tell, because the spotting would mean implantation bleeding if I was preg., right? So it doesn't make sense that I would have other symptoms yet... Should I just accept the neg. test, or let my hopes up a little and try another test in a few days? Thanks!!

Well, there are a lot of people who get symptoms as soon as they get preg. the spotting is normal for some people (if you r preg) I don't know what test you are taking, but it is either not sensitive enough or your taking it too soon. Try EPT early, (red dyes only) or Darden bran (get it from 99 cent store)
Personnel I would go to the Dr. and get a blood test to see and ask him to run another test for your progesterone level; that's usually the reason why you bleed when preg.
If he does not test you for the prog, just go to the health food store and by a natural progesterone cream, (it will help with the moodiness too and just make you feel better all around). The cost ranges 10-30 dollars; mine only cost 16.

I would wait a week and take another home pregnancy test. Make sure that you use your first morning urine, just to be sure. My 12 year old son is proof positive that there can be false negative tests. Tested at the hospital, of all places, and was told that I wasn't pregnant. Turned out I was. If you still get a negative and you have the same symptoms, call your doctor and get an appt. You could have an ectopic pregnancy and really need to be seen if you haven't gotten your period and you are having the symptoms.

If your period doesn't start in 1 week from now I would take a home pregnancy test again.

Sounds like PMS to me. Wait until youre certain you're late and take another test. Thats the safest thing to do.
