The first pregnancy signs for me, was a period that was 2 weeks late. Also I was feeling very tired, like I had the flu. Everyone is different. If you think you might be pregnant wait 1 or 2 weeks after your period is due and take a home pregnancy test.

Theres always a pregnancy watch before an actual warning, since warning indicates the presense of an actual pregnancy being sighted.
Theres also the pregnancy robot that will often show up flailing its arms and screaming "DANGER DANGER PREGNANCY! DANGER!". But he hasnt been seen since the 60's.

There are obsolutely no pregnancy symptoms that are any different than PMS ones. And you can develop new symptoms of PMS with any period for any reason.
