No, actually.
If you've ever noticed, a lot of times the women will have a sheet between then and the guy.
And there's always the chance they are wearing a G-String so the genitals cannot touch.
The only movie I know of where the love scene actually went on even after the director yelled "CUT", was Cleopatra with Elizabeth Taylor.

No they don't, but there are some movies that do, like brown bunny with Chloe Savigny. As for other movies thay actually put like a black sock thing on their....uhhh... you know to cover it up, you can't prevent it, but the actors are usually good enough to have their minds focused on something else.
