This can be normal yes. In early prgnancy the cervix creates a mucus plug that will come away during the last stages of pregnancy, sometimes as late as when the waters break. However, you should see your GP and tell them about it (how much mucus is there and how pink is it and does it vary in depth of colour) just to assure yourselves and to rule out any problems such as infection. During my prgnancy I had mucus right the way through and had a healthy baby boy. Try not to worry though

Its called spotting. And yes, in just about all cases its perfectly normal. dont worry mate .
