I got married with my husband, and when the time he had already had two kids. Are they my legitimated children?

His kids are not your legitimate children unless he had them with you. They would be your step-children.

Please do not call children legitimate or illegitimate. That is a foul label for any child. Depending on where you live, those children may be able to claim that you are a step parent to them and have the right to live with you if there were a dispute. If you want to legalize the arrangement, I believe you have to adopt them as yours if you had permission.

Dear,
Its on u to call it legitimate or the other way.But this all thing is
the mind game & if they need warm support from you give them.To be woman is great thing & mother is the real bliss.But even you need to be practical because in future sometime such thing create lot of financial problems .So be clear on this level & also its the human relation thats the greatest thing in the world.
If you give them love as your own then it will tight the bond .
sometimes other realtion is more nice than the blood realtionship.
