Look there is no such thing as a government, The US government is not real per say. You cant touch it, it doesn't have mass, so its not matter.... A bunch of guys got together and agreed upon some rules, and every one agreed to fallow them. In short "we the people" are the government. That's what Locke meant when he said that "government derives its just powers from the people." government cant live unless we want it to. governments don't live naturally. so when a nation takes a action, regardless of what that action is, it is in the hands of the people. You cant blame bush because we elected him, and lets face it he didn't fund this war nor did he go and fight it by himself. the American people supplied the money, and they were the troops. so in short no you can't. weather you agree with the war or not, its our responsibility, we are the American government

What is Topsy turvy? Email me with your answer.Americans are not being given all of the facts in Iraq. There is very little going on there if you look at Iraq as a country at war. What did Germany look like when it was at war.Is it America's job to do something about 50,000 dead a year in a country? That's how many die on our roads every year.

We as a nation are responsible for our actions. Now, the administrations policies may be a big source of our problems. That does not relieve us of the obligation we assumed when we took this ill advised military operation. My concern relates more to how can we exit the nation without causing further harm and leaving the US more venerable to terrorism.

I believe the WORLD should be responsible for Iraq. Years of not doing anything to help the Kurds or the rest of that country's ills shouldve been resolved YEARS ago! President Bush was just as sick and tired of it as I am! If he didnt do anything, things there would be worse!!

How about the people who are responsible; the goverments of Iran and Syrai who keep on fueling the fire, and the government of Iraq who, so far, have refused to start accepting responsibility for their own country. You libs have to quit trying to hold America responsible for everything that's wrong in the world.

The Iraqi government has had a few years to get this together, they are not doing their part, so let them have the most of it.

i think bush and the administration, and maybe even the media. they are the ones who propaganda-ed everyone into feeling hostile towards iraq in the first place. how the people responded, is because of bush
