Oh, that has happend to me several times. I live in Ohio and for one reason or another it seems like the power is always going out. If the wind blow the wrong way the power will go out and usually longer than 2 hrs. A couple of years ago we had this really bad ice storm just b4 christmas and our power was off 4 five days. Some others nearly 2 weeks and this is no exaggeration. And we were at what is called a level 3 warning which meant no vehicles were aloud to be on the street other than emergency vehicles. It was a nightmare but we got through it. You do what you have to do. BTW, as soon as I was able I went and bought a power generator.

It would not be a problem because I would most likely be in bed sleeping, so I wouldn't even notice the power had gone out until the morning.

I would be at home and have many of candles lit in my apartment. This has happened to me countless times, no problem, it's kind of romantic lol.
