Not necessarily, Satan or the Devil take many forms, just as evil does. Satan or evilness is more of a idea or attitude than a person.

Well I dont believe there is a hell or Satan, but if you do I am sure it could be what ever you thought, but I think you are referring to a girl who just made you upset, so no then.
