What song had a chorus consisting of only the word 'Home' in descending notes? Older song, maybe from 80's.

Every time I get sent somewhere for work, on the day I am supposed to come home that chorus starts up in my head - but I dont know where it came from.

Could also be thinking of "Major Tom" by Peter Schilling. That's how the song ended (thought there was a different chorus.)

Might be Home by Marc Broussard, really good tune.
