Hmm...it's actually an an interesting question, because even if you change your destiny...it's still your destiny. But maybe that adversity was a positive thing that prevented you from pursuing that first objective, and it pointed you in another one. Destiny is still destiny. ; )

I just changed my destiny a week before Christmas. I left a MISERABLE marriage. I feel like a new person. My mind is clear and wow I think I am actually happy for once in ten years. One lesson learned by this if you are in a RUT get OUT. Life is way to short to live UNHAPPY.

But some of us are really emotionally handicapped and so are not willing to try & change their destiny & instead try and adapt as best as they can.
