Blood Diamond, I just watched that in the movie theaters and it was AWESOME, but also very disturbing. I'll never look at a Diamond the same way again.

Requiem for a Dream was a great movie. Very messed up, but it deals with peoples addictions even something as simple as TV.

When I saw your question was going to answer Requiem. I watched it in an old farm house in the middle of nowhere, scary stuff. However I thought it was one of the best movies I have seem, I really want to see it again.
To get your mind off it just watch the "Dick in a Box" SNL sketch.

Donnie Darko freaked me out for WEEKS. To get your mind off of "Requiem" watch something really light -- may I suggest the Tracy / Hepburn vehicle "Desk Set"?

Wrong turn always freaked me out. My aunt and uncle just bought a mountain house in Virginia to and the outdoors look just like scenes from that movie. Messed me up from ever wanting to go there again.
