abuse on yahoo?

i asked a question about my sexuality on yahoo last night on yahoo, i got abuse off some tosser. today i ask a simple question about my rabbit and get similar abuse off the same tosser. i have reported him both times but nothing happens/ i am dreading that everytime i ask a similar question that all the nice people that bother to answer will know im a sick lesbian. how can i report him so he doesn't continue?thanks

hey sunshine, there is always one and it is suspected to be the same person throughout (with different on line identities) who makes comments to deliberately insult. Look up julia and there was others with the word pink in their name. People who have been around for a while tend to ignore them so dont worry too much about the nice people getting the wrong impression and continue to report them. Eventually they get banned and have to go through the trauma of making up a new name. Did you notice the rather childich drawing of his has six fingers, bit of a reflection of his intelligence i think the guy can't even count properly!!

The tosser/troll (I am so not familiar with British slang!) has been around for a long time harassing lots of people here. He gets reported often from what I can see because the name changes.

When you report abuse on the weekends it takes longer for anything to be done because they don't have a full staff on. But they will get your reports.

People looking for a reaction out of any woman will often call her a lesbian. The nice people who answer your questions will not make assumptions just because of that word. And even on the off chance that they do, you will probably not come across any negativity about it unless you're in the R&S section, or if you're here in the LGBT section when the fundies are out in force trying to convert us.

It's not cool to have a troll following you and outing you when you don't want to be, but he has less impact on the people answering your questions than you think he does. So ignore him.

But you know what worries me most about your question? This: "will know i'm a sick lesbian." Does this mean you think being a lesbian is sick, or is that what you think the others would be saying in their heads? Because you don't have to worry about them. It's not sick. It's love. It just happens to be with another woman.

Yes suck ma dick is the ideal coward he runs around spouting off under cover. You notice that you cannot email him/her or what ever it is.

Just don't worry about it your not the sick one he is and he is showing it all over yahoo...............if we all report him he will be off.

The other thing is you have to understand how screwed up and ill he is. He is probably really struggling with his own identity or body issues and most certainly no self esteem so he has to lash out and try make himself look better.

Isn't it a shame how sick people can be if only he could get into some therapy and realize he doesn't have to displace his issues on everyone else. He doesn't know that yet so pity him more then hate him he really is messed up and reaching for help by attacking everyone.

It's the internet. You're going to run into people acting cruel. It's either get used to it or move on. Many sites actually monitor areas and get rid of people like that, but Yahoo! doesn't. It lets the trolls run the show.

Sometimes it takes a couple of days, especially on the weekends. I've backed you up, though, and sounds like a few others have, too. Try to ignore the idiot in the meantime. He won't be around for long.

you might feel nothing is being done. and i do sympathise with you. but don't worry if you think nothing is being done, just keep hitting the abuse button. i have had some very sad people coming onto questions i have asked. but i do not let it affect me. i just hit the button that gives them a low answer. til something is done i think that that is all you can do.

Don't worry about people like that. They are a waste of space and have nothing else to do, but bother others. Don't ever feel ashamed of your questions... :-)
