Now all i want to know is can i return this piece of u know what car. I bought it from a dump buy here pay here place and i pay the dealer directly at the place and i want to know can this affect my credtit because i heard that buy here pay here places dont report u to the credit bureau. Because i have tried to return the car and i dont want my money back but every since i had the car which is only 2 weeks it already broke down on me and will cost 800 dollars to fix. And i want to know what legal actions can i do. Because i feel in some way they are responsible and i can do something to them for selling this car to me. And not to mention the brakes pads on the car was put on backwards and i drive in the car with my son a lot and if those brakes would have gave out i could have killed myself and my son. And when it comes to my son i get mad so those crooks are going to pay for this.

You can take it and dump it off, but if you still owe on it you will have to honor the contract and finish paying for it. Small claims might be of some help if the sell was not as is...but I'm sure that it was (as is).
Chalk it up to learning a lesson. Next time take it to a mechanic and have it checked out even if the place seems to be reputable. Most of these places buy cars from auctions and put them directly on the lot without any type of repairs.

Vague question. Are you in the US? Some used cars when you normally buy them are AS IS. That means if the car breaks down two blocks down the road you are out of luck. Call your local Better Business Bureau. Now is the car in your name? That is did you pay cash for the car. If you did put an ad in the paper and you can sell it for something. If you bought it and have to pay in installments, you will have to talk diredtly to the dealer.

It may be possible to get somewhere in small claims court as long as the sale was not made to be considered as is.

All they sell are lemons. If you take the car back they'll sell it again.
