Find someone who you can open up to. Eventually life will get to be too much with your problems and your friends' problems and then your stuck. It's okay to let your friends know your human. They come to you because you make them feel beter, I'm sure you can trust them to do the same.

You sound a bit like me. When people heard of my divorce they were shocked! They had no idea there were problems. I just didn't air my problems for the world to see. I don't entrust just anybody with my private thoughts. I DO have one very good friend to help me along life's road. I hope you have a friend you can go to. : )
If not, open up on here! I've found it very good therapy for myself. : )

Sounds like your a very trusting, caring person. Yes I do think you need to also choose someone you believe in and trust as well, It's not good to hold things in. It's a great feeling to get out those feelings. I have always heard it's not healthy.
