My friend agreed to meet up with me on Saturday and help proofread my essay. Before I went to his office I texted him asking if we are gonna meet today,and he didn't reply. But when I went all the way to his office I called him and he said he directly went home because he wanted to sleep and he thought we were gonna meet on Sunday. (his cellphone was on so obviously he ignored my text).
I was so mad but I controlled my anger and asked if he can just email it back to me after he proofread it, and he said ok. But he never send it back.
Should I just ignore him cuz I feel he is doesn't deserve to be my friend.

No, dont ignore him still be his friend, just tell him how you feel about the situation. Maybe he is too busy to read your essay and just dont want to tell you that he is because he is a good friend. You never know what happens in somebody life. I understand exactly why you mad cuz my best friend did that to me. I want her to look over my personal statement for college and she told forever to look over and then it seem like she was trying to avoid the next few weeks, but then i found out that she was having problems with her family and i understood her. You shouldnt lose a friend over that.

Maybe he really has something going on in his life and just does not want to tell you, I would wait and see how he reacts to you in person. You can always say anything over a phone, but in person it is hard to lie and keep eye contact with you. Confront him in person. Best wishes.

I think that you should atleast confront him about not proofreading your essay. But this "friend" seems very unreliable.

Sounds like your friend is not reliable, and doesn't consider your feelings to even call you back or answer you. I say leave him alone, let him call you for a change whenever he get his head outta his @ss. :)â¢

dont just ignore him, tell him how you feel, see what he says, if he's still acting like an a$$ then ignnore him, find a better friend
