Continue to perform all your duties. It does not hurt to keep a personal journal of events at your home. This record could contain projects or tasks you completed. Any emails regarding your work. Your documentation of any work-related conversations with your supervisor. Of course if the supervisor makes any inappropriate actions or statements to you regarding your relative, you should document these and report them.

In a situation as this, it is important that you talk to your supervisor and explain the feelings that you have. If things do not change in a week or so, talk to his supervisor. An honest company will not evaluate your work perfomance on anything but what they can observe about you.

That depends upon his character. A good and honest supervisor would be able to separate you from your family member.

Well, it just depends on his professionalism. A normal person would not let this have an effect on an evalutation.
